Families who pick a basic package and then hire a separate interior firm often face a second round of design meetings, a second contractor on site and a gap between handover and moving in.
If you want to move in soon after handover without a separate interiors project, Gold is usually the tier to look at closely.
Platinum: designed around you
Platinum is for luxury homes where the plan, materials and details are tailored to the owner. Interiors are included, and customisation runs throughout rather than being limited to a few choices. - Who will live there? A home for your own family for decades justifies different choices from a rental unit or a floor for a future tenant.
