What we collect

When you send an enquiry or book an appointment through this website, we collect the details you type into the form: your name, phone number, city, the type of project you're planning, and, if you choose to provide them, your email address, a preferred date and a message. Nothing else is collected through the forms, and the website does not ask for or store payment details, identity documents or passwords.

Why we collect it

For one purpose: to respond to your enquiry. Your details let our team call or write back to you about your project, arrange the site visit you asked for, and prepare for that conversation.

How it is stored and shared

Form submissions are delivered to our own email inbox through a transactional email service. Your details are not sold, rented or shared with any third party for their own use. If the website uses analytics, it measures page visits and button clicks in aggregate; the enquiry details you type are not part of that measurement.

How long we keep it

Only as long as needed to handle your enquiry and any project that follows from it. If you would like your details removed sooner, ask and we will delete them.

Your choices
