Some things cannot be priced from an office. Rock excavation, additional foundation depth and imported filling earth are quoted separately once the site has been seen. Step two: design and approvals handled before work starts

The design stage does most of the heavy lifting for a remote site. Every package covers working drawings, 2D and 3D elevations and structural design backed by a soil test. You choose from a set of 3D elevations, and the one you pick is the one that gets built. Plan sanction, khata and licences, and the power, water and sewage connections are handled by our team, and every package includes free assistance with government licensing work. Statutory fees are paid directly by you to the authority. Because rules and fees are set locally and change over time, confirm the current figures with the relevant office, and speak to an advocate or chartered accountant for anything legal or tax related.

Step three: building with an in-house team

The biggest risk for any site beyond the city is a builder who wins the contract and then passes the work to whoever is available locally. Quality then depends on people the builder has never worked with.

Our architecture, structure, interiors and construction work is delivered in-house. The engineers, architects, surveyors and craftsmen are on our own payroll. Construction follows the written specification agreed during consultation.
