Our starting rates are Premium at ₹1,999 per sq ft, Gold at ₹2,499 per sq ft with complimentary interiors, and Platinum at ₹2,999 per sq ft for fully customised luxury homes with interiors included. A written specification is shared during consultation.

What every package includes. Design and drawings with 2D and 3D elevations and structural design with a soil test, government approvals such as plan sanction, khata and licences, power, water and sewage connections handled by us, and free assistance for government licensing work. Statutory fees are paid directly by the client. After handover there is a workmanship warranty and one year of free service.

The next step. The final figure is confirmed only after a free site visit, because conditions such as rock excavation, additional foundation depth or imported filling earth are quoted separately once we have seen the plot. At the office we will usually fix a date for that visit.
